I. Common Winding Types for Motor Coils

  1. Stator Concentrated Winding
    Coils (main winding + auxiliary winding or capacitor-run winding) are directly wound on stator teeth, widely used in single-phase asynchronous motors such as refrigerator compressors and AC fan motors. The production line must feature automatic indexing, independent winding for each tooth, and cross-slot connection functions.

  2. Armature Winding (Rotor)
    Multiple coils are wound in the slots of the rotor core, with their ends connected to the commutator, for universal motors (vacuum cleaners, food processors) or permanent magnet DC motors (electric toothbrushes). The production line must support hook-type commutator winding, automatic wire pulling & cutting, and integrated testing functions.

  3. Shaded-pole Coil Winding
    A short-circuit ring (shaded-pole coil) is wound beside the main stator pole, requiring only a simple winding process, for small-sized electric fan motors. The equipment must support thick wire or copper strip winding.

  4. Bobbinless Self-adhesive Winding (Air-core Cup)
    Designed for micro DC motors, the coil is wound into a cup shape and then embedded into the housing. The production line must feature hollow cylindrical winding, heating bonding and precise demolding functions.
