Wound tightly in layers on engineering plastic bobbins, widely used in washing machine inlet valves, water purifier solenoid valves and other scenarios. It requires moderate winding tension and neat wire arrangement to prevent inter-turn wear caused by vibration. The production line must feature precise turn counting and automatic wire cutting functions.
Dual-winding Energy-saving Winding
Designed with a pull-in winding and a holding winding: both windings are energized simultaneously during valve actuation, while only the low-power winding stays powered during the holding phase, drastically reducing temperature rise and power consumption. It is commonly used in normally-open water valves or gas proportional valves. The production line must support automatic winding sequence switching and tap leading-out.
Fully Enclosed Injection Molding Winding
The finished wound coil is placed into a mold for injection molding encapsulation, forming a fully waterproof and moisture-proof structure, suitable for humid environments such as dishwashers and smart toilets. Positioning features must be reserved during winding to ensure high lead wire tensile strength after molding.
Flat Wire Winding (High Power Density)
Using flat enameled wire for winding to boost slot fill factor and heat dissipation performance, ideal for high-flow solenoid valves (such as instant water heater inlet valves). The equipment must be equipped with dedicated flat wire tensioners and anti-twist guide rollers.
Consistent Resistance for Stable Pull-in Force
Home appliance solenoid coils have a narrow operating voltage window for switching. Automated production lines, through precise turn count control and constant-tension winding, minimize resistance deviation, ensuring every valve reliably opens and closes at its nominal voltage.
Reliable Insulation for Waterproof & Moisture-proof Performance
The production line adopts ceramic wire nozzles and scratch-proof wire arrangement to avoid damage to the enameled wire insulation layer. Paired with automatic taping or pre-treatment before injection molding, the coil withstand voltage test pass rate is extremely high, fully meeting home appliance safety regulation requirements.
