2-phase Independent Winding
Two or four coils on the stepper motor stator are independently wound on corresponding pole teeth, demanding extremely high phase inductance consistency. Widely used in stepper motors for air conditioner louvers and refrigerator dampers. It requires identical turn counts and correct winding direction across all phases.
Dual-wire Parallel Winding
Two enameled wires are wound side by side simultaneously to form one coil set, designed to boost current density or enable bipolar driving. Commonly seen in micro stepper motors (such as direction control units for smart robot vacuums). The production line must feature separate dual-wire tension control and synchronous wire arrangement functions.
Toroidal Winding
Enameled wire is continuously wound into multiple coil sets on a ring-shaped stator core, for higher-power stepper motors (such as adjustment mechanisms in fitness equipment). The production line supports adjustable winding angles and flexible positioning.
Excellent Phase Inductance Matching
One major cause of stepper motor step loss is inconsistent inductance across different phases. Automated lines independently control every single coil, ensuring identical turn count and winding tightness to minimize phase inductance deviation and greatly reduce step loss risks.
High Level of Automation
Yite's stepper coil production lines complete the full workflow automatically: stator core auto feeding, indexing positioning, winding, wire cutting and unloading. One operator can manage multiple units simultaneously, significantly boosting overall production capacity.
Full Support for Complex Winding Processes
Special processes such as tap leading, parallel winding and reverse winding can all be realized via simple programming, no equipment modification required, perfectly adapting to production demands for different stepper motor models.
With over 20 years of specialization in stepper motor stator winding equipment, Eternal delivers a complete product line covering all types of multi-axis models.
