Single-layer Precision Close Winding
Wound tightly turn by turn on micro bobbins or magnetic cores to form a single layer, ideal for high-sensitivity magnetic heads (such as MC phono cartridges and HDD write heads). It requires uniform winding pitch with zero overlapping to minimize inter-turn capacitance and enhance high-frequency response.
Multi-layer Honeycomb Winding
Turns on each layer are arranged in a staggered honeycomb pattern to reduce distributed capacitance, widely used in rotary heads of wide-bandwidth VCRs. The production line features variable-pitch winding functions and automatic inter-layer insulation control.
Bobbinless Self-bonding Winding
Using self-adhesive enameled wire to wind into air-core coils without bobbins, turns are bonded together via heating or solvent curing, designed for ultra-miniature magnetic heads (such as HDD read heads and micro card reader heads). The equipment is equipped with precision wire nozzles and programmable heating & baking units.
Stable Ultra-fine Wire Winding with Ultra-low Breakage Rate
Magnetic head coils use extremely fine wire gauges that are nearly impossible to wind manually. Yite lines adopt low-inertia servo tension control and anti-static wire guiding mechanisms, delivering low wire breakage during long continuous operation and significantly boosting finished product yield.
Superior Electrical Parameter Consistency for Uniform Signal Performance
The inductance and resistance of magnetic head coils must be highly consistent across batches, otherwise sensitivity variations will occur among heads from the same production run. Automated lines ensure all coils stay within tight tolerance ranges via precise turn counting and constant-tension winding.
Integrated Auto Adhesive Dispensing & Testing
After winding, micro-volume fixing adhesive is automatically dispensed to prevent turn displacement; in-line resistance and inductance measurement is also integrated to automatically reject non-conforming units, meeting the zero-defect requirements of magnetic head assembly lines.
